Well… this is my foray into the vast and impressive world of food blogging. It’s something I’ve been thinking about doing for some time, but was a little too scared to actually start. As circumstances would have it, some big life changes have given me the time I need to get this started. So here I am.

Food is my passion; thus cooking is a natural extension of that love. I started cooking as a kid with my parents, and once I had my own kitchen, my love of cooking grew. I want to share my love of food and favorite recipes, as well as easy dinners and my cooking flops.

It is a rare meal cooked in my home that doesn’t contain garlic (and probably onions, bell pepper and pepper)! So if you don’t like garlic… my food may not be for you.
