I found the recipe in a Kraft food magazine and it got cut out and shoved in my recipe binder to make at a later date. Well, two years later… I was in the mood for a spicy dip (watching football all day will do that to a girl) and thought I would give this recipe a try. This dip is addictive, seriously addictive. As in make extra if you decided to make this for a party. And speaking of party, this would be a prefect tailgating/football watching dip. What with bowl games happening and the super bowl on the horizon, this is one worth making!
Buffalo Chicken Dip (adapted from Kraftfoods.com)
8 oz cream cheese
1 ½ c chopped chicken, fully cooked
½ c blue cheese dressing
¼ c Sriracha (adjust amount according to the level of spice you prefer)
1 celery stalk, minced
Dash black pepper, garlic powder
Pre-heat oven to 375°.
Thoroughly mix all ingredients, pour into a medium oven safe dish and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
Best served with celery sticks (wheat thins are recommended in the recipe).
